Quick Grab Bag
This is that travel hack that you’ll end up sharing with all of your friends, especially once you’ve used it for yourself! This is an essential packing tip for all of you out there to be able to get out of the aisle and settled at your seat quickly and effortlessly. The key is what I call the Quick Grab Bag which fits int the seat back pocket in front of you and has everything you need at your seat. I also have my small purse which I keep at my feet, that will have my cell phone with battery charger, passport, money, etc. Have this Quick Grab Bag sitting in your closet and it will make any future trips that much easier for packing!

-
- Inflatable Travel Pillow, the best I’ve found
- Eye Mask
- Ear Plugs, Hearos are the best, soft & comfortable
- Sony Ear Buds, these are my favorite headphones
- Socks (If you’re not wearing any)
- For a Sleep Aid, check out Simply Sleep, I’ve used them for years or Melatonin which is natural
- Airborne Immunity Booster Tablets
- Hand Sanitizer
- Purell Antibacterial Wipes (to wipe down your seat, air vents, tray, everything-kill 99.9% of germs
- Face wipes like Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Wipes
- Lip Balm, my favorite is Burt’s Bees, I recommend Vanilla, Pomegranate or their original which is a peppermint flavor
- I always keep Ibuprofin or Advil with me in a convenient travel size case
- Small Toothbrush & Toothpaste, if you don’t have, you can buy a small travel size kit
Two things to note: The liquid hand sanitizer and the small toothpaste would have been in your 3-1-1 Liquids bag to go through the security checkpoint. Once you are though and waiting for your plane, put these two items into your Quick Grab Bag.
There is plenty of room to put additional items into this bag but this is what I travel with and need with me. This is along with my small purse that has my passport, wallet, cell phone & charger in it which I like to keep with me at my feet. The plastic re-usable and tough bag I use for this and other travel items are the Travelon Set of Organizing Envelopes. I have had these for at least 8 years, all like new and in perfect condition…much better than using a disposable bag!
